Counter help
Lost password?

The following counter options are available when creating and editing a counter:
Invisible counter: Put a counter on your website that doesnt actually display a digit - others cant see your hits, but you can by entering your countername and password on the main counter page and clicking the check button.
Transparent Colour: This enables you to have one of the colours in your counter digit set to transparent
Transparent R/G/B: This option has three boxes that need to be filled in, they are R G and B this represents the Red Green and Blue values of the colour in your digit that you wish to make transparent. for example 255,255,255 would make any white colour in your digit transparent, conversley 0,0,0 would make black transparent.
Email Address Allows you to enter your email address when you create or update a counter, your email address will not be re-distributed or abused in any way. you dont have to enter an email address but if you do then if at some point you forget your counter password you can visit the lost password page and get your counter password emailed to you
Counter Referer This option allows you set set the HTTP_REFERER that your counter will be placed upon, this basically means if you enter the EXACT URL that you will be putting your counter on in this box, then the counter will only work from that particular URL, therefore your counter cannot be hijacked by someone else. Use this option carefully, an invalid referer will prevent your counter from working for you.
Count Value Set your counter to this number

Hints:

  • Counters are added in batches and so they all have not been tested, you may find some digits havent been created correctly and are sized wrong, this can cause some strange effects, like half a digit missing.. if you get this problem, try another counter digit.
  • If the background colour of your counter in the counter list seemed white, but its turns out to be black in use, try setting the Transparent colour option on and changing the RGB values to 0,0,0 or 255,255,255
