SITEGUARD

Temporary Alarm Installations

Siteguard has been developed to enhance and even replace the need for expensive security personnel on temporary environments such as building sites and exhibition areas.

Using advanced radio technology, individual areas are monitored for unwanted intrusions via wireless sensors to a main control panel. The sensors are self contained and do not require an external power source.

Areas could be Portacabins, showhouses, stands, and even plant and machinery. We have sensors to suit most applications.

The Siteguard control panel displays the status of the system on LCD English text keypads. It time/date stamps all events such as authorised Setting/Unsetting of the system and activations of sensors.

Once set, the system monitors all sensors for difference in status. If a sensor is activated, the control panel will generate audible alarm tones and visual strobe warnings. In conjunction with the audible/visible warnings, a signal is generated to a manned Central Monitoring Station.

On receipt of an alarm signal, the Monitoring Station will immediately contact relevant keyholders and a vetted Local Alarm Response Unit. The Alarm Response Unit will investigate the activation (usually within minutes of the initial activation) and on a verified intrusion, abtain a Police presence.

The system is self contained and does not need a permanent power supply or telephone line.

At present, the SITEGUARD is available throughout Cheshire (UK) as Supply & Installation from
MERCURY  SECURITY.

Other UK areas will come on line in the near future.
