I believe this set has the most pieces of any Technic or Model Team set LEGO has ever produced!
It has loads of features that include a tilting bonnet to reveal an eight cylinder engine,
front wheel steering controlled by a wheel on the top of the cab, opening cab doors that reveal
tilting seats to allow access to the sleeping area, two sky lights that open to reveal the sleeping area,
two separate compartments that open to reveal tools and a tilting towbar.
There are also loads of small touches and details like the coffee maker in the cab,
the adjustable wing mirrors, the cat on the bonnet and
the clever construction of the front bumper and rear tailgate. There is plenty of chrome if you like that
and the colour scheme of black and red works very well.
If you are going to own just one Model Team set then this is the one but pick one up soon as they
are becoming harder to find. Now I really must get round to building a trailer...
