At least I can't say the same things about this set that I said about set
8204
. The colour scheme is black and red with the odd touch of grey and yellow (the seat).
The two cylinder engine drives the propeller (or is it the other way round), the rear under
carriage has spring suspension (???) and a joystick in the cockpit controls the movement of the flaps
on the wings via a clever push rod system.
There is nothing much wrong with this model (Am I over-using that statement?) but there is
something lacking for me that leaves it behind in the mediocre pile. I'm not very keen on the cage
around the cockpit and anyway, the Sky Stormer (
8425
) is a better looking plane with more features.
