• "HBX", Hiltonbrooks data collection program: will save in a variety of formats, and operates with many interfaces.

Interface Hardware including HBX data collection software.

• Diffraction Technology's "Traces v5" accepts data in all the major formats. Features include peak search, peak width, area etc., and now includes line profile fitting  and deconvolution.
